Really good improvement since last release !

The new goegeous logo tells the story of this app: quick to upload, nice graphic, last minute articles and analysis. Love the coverage given to italian football too vis-a-vid the other main leagues. A must have!

The ads make the app practically unusable! You cant read a full story without an ad appearing ten times. Also, the editorials section is gone. A truly horrible update!!!

The only thing that actually worked on this app where the ads and thats about it and he Kinda seems like the website is going to hell ....

Too many ads and now it annoyingly opens my iTunes on random crap apps Im assuming Goal.coms advertisers are peddling.

U dont have to put pop ups and I used to use this app for years can u bring back the old goal pls and change the background of Messi, Persia, and robbed its been like that for 3 years

I am switching to an alternate source. Update is buggy and too many ads.

Ridiculous. Like others have said, while reading one article I was redirected to ads at least 3 times. Finally had enough and deleted GOAL last night. Was on the App Store looking for a new source for footie news & read everyone elses complaints. Going to try Bleacher Report or HITC. I was a longtime user of the app, and before that a religious reader of the site.

Considering the fact that all this app does is pull down a feed of the news from the goal.com website, the app was already questionable. But the fact that you would get pop up ads while reading in the middle of an article that would jump you back to the beginning of the article, and a new ad would happen within 30 seconds of starting to read ANY article, I was finally forced to just simply delete the app. Ill read my football news via a web browser, and no longer waste my time with this app. Do yourself a favor and dont download it!

Pop up ads make this app useless. Three pop up ads while trying to read one article. Just the worst.

Its so ad crazy that you cant even read an article. You have to close out ad after ad and after many trips to the App Store for no reason, you read 5 words before it starts again.we all realize that ads pay for the content but this app is awful. If I could give it negative stars, I would. Its the worst thing ever.

This app used to be the best soccer news app around, now it is not. This app, IS TERRIBLE. If you want an ad to pop up about 15x while you read a single article that when you close will bring you back atop the article no matter your place of reading. The way this application has gone from so good to so bad is very sad to me. I understand the need for ads and ad space for revenue and working capital but Jesus GOAL you taking this to far its not even enjoyable because you cannot traverse a single article or paragraph without multiple 3rd party windows opening. Its lame and dont waste your time.

I go on it everyday they have all transfer rumors and news and videos.

I really like the setup for this app. Its interactive and organized. However, whenever I try to use the"Personalise" tab and change my preferences to notify me of match details, the preferences never save. Its frustrating and thats why Im deleting it. If it ever gets fixed, Ill re-download it, but until then Im done with it.

Once this was my preferred sports outlet, now: 1. Slow to refresh 2. Crashing like hell 3. Recently, an unacceptable amount of ads, totally preventing you from reading an article 10 seconds!! To the trash pin , good luck

Greedy idiots! Focusing on ads instead of content. Thanks to ad block on safari now browsing mobile sites without any ads. You greedy morons deserve it.. No hard feelings.. Had ads been in limits would have been understandable but NO.. Uninstalled app!

It used to be a great app but they ruined it. Now I dont think Ill install it ever again

The screen resolution isnt optimized for iPhone 6 after a whole year of its release and constant "updates" you desperately need to do this because the viewing experience is just not as joyful.
